A Pawfect Dog, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personally identifiable information like names, postal addresses, email addresses, credit card information, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. We use a secure server for collecting your credit card information which encrypts your information before it is transmitted over the internet and sent to us.
A Pawfect Dog does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: 1) permitted or required by law; or, 2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, 3) investigating fraud that may have taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
We encourage you to register when shopping at our website, however, it is not required. Our registration form, requires users to give us contact information. You must be 18 years of age or older to register. The contact information you provide will be used to contact you concerning the status of an order. In addition, your information will enable us to send you e-mail updates regarding upcoming sales, promotions, and product information.
Option To Opt Out
At all times, you have the option of opting out of receiving future e-mail marketing updates by sending us an e-mail with “unsubscribe” in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. Even if you opt out, you may continue to receive order confirmations.
Refunds and Returns
A Pawfect Dog, LLC will accept returns of unused or defective, non-edible items within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Food items – not returnable
Non-edible items –must be returned in 100% saleable condition
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. When returning, please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. A return carries a 15% restocking fee per non-defective item returned. An exchange has no restocking fee, but the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs associated to and from A Pawfect Dog. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange, please send us an e-mail with “refund” or “return” in the subject line to email@example.com. A Pawfect Dog is not liable for damages incurred by use of any products sold.
Shipping and Delivery
For products that are in stock, we make every attempt to ship within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via the United States Postal Service and you may expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address. Currently, we are not shipping to International locations. On the rare occasion that we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified via email by apawfectdog.com. If you choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped, please send us an e-mail with “cancel” in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund or replacement item.
